When the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront opened in 2001, the Harbor East hotel’s main restaurant was Grille 700, a popular destination for Sunday brunch.
Grille 700 closed last December, when the hotel began an overhaul to its main-floor food and beverage spaces, along with its main lobby.
Later this month, the hotel will unveil the newly configured spaces, along with a new restaurant named Apropoe’s — a play on Edgar Allan Poe.
The menu at Apropoe’s will include items like duck confit pizza, a Natty Boh brat burger, braised Duroc pork shank and spiced pork belly sliders.
