Loch Bar, the seafood house replacing Lamill Coffee in the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, will open in March after the space sat vacant for a year and a half.

The Harbor East restaurant at 280 International Drive will become Atlas Restaurant Group’s third restaurant in the neighborhood, after Ouzo Bay and Azumi.

Loch Bar will serve oysters from both the East and West coasts, as well as other shellfish, hot and cold appetizers, sandwiches and entrees. The restaurant claims to have one of the largest raw bars in the region.

In addition to a heavy seafood focus, Loch Bar will complement its menu with craft beer and cocktails. The bar will have 15 taps and 50 bottled beers, and it’s is aiming to offer the largest whiskey selection in the state.
