Hogan Lovells’ lease renewal in Harbor East sparks optimism

A lease extension by international law firm Hogan Lovells at Harbor East has renewed some optimism amid the ongoing impact of Covid-19 on the commercial real estate market.
The London and Washington, D.C.-based firm signed a 10-year deal to remain in its 30,000-square-foot local offices in the Legg Mason Tower — the second large local law firm to give a nod to Harbor East in recent months.
