Our gift to you! Stroll, sip, shop, celebrate – whatever you do, do it fee-free from Black Friday through Christmas Eve with $100 of same-day receipts from the shops and restaurants at Harbor East. Valid daily from 12PM-10PM for Five Hours of parking at participating Harbor East self-park garages. Show your receipts to a parking attendant at the exit gate. Valid at Legg Mason Tower/Four Seasons Hotel garage (700 S. President St.), 650 S. Exeter Street garage, and the Whole Foods Market garage (1008 Aliceanna Street). Promotion ends at 6PM on December 24, 2019.
