The 5th Annual Fit+ Outdoor Fitness Festival brings your workout to the streets of Harbor East! Enjoy complimentary fitness classes hosted by The MAC, Under Armour Brand House, lululemon athletica, and Charm City Run! From yoga to boot camp and beyond – the perfectly timed sessions allow you to sample multiple disciplines throughout the morning.
Beyond sweat, FIT+ takes your workout to the next level with DJ Crome, healthy food & drinks from Whole Foods Market, complimentary water from Essentia Water, giveaways, raffle prizes & more.
Raffle prizes include Sunday Brunch for Two at Wit & Wisdom, a Whole Foods Market Health-Minded Basket, a Charm City Run Package to include Charles Street 12 Entry and Under Armour Sack Pack, Gym Membership & Training Sessions to The MAC, $50 Gift Card to Under Armour Brand House, Dinner for Two at Bar Vasquez and more! (Winners to be announced at the end of the event.)
Fitness Class Schedule:
11AM-11:30AM – Fun Run by Charm City Run
Join Charm City Run as they lead you on a gorgeous 30-minute run along Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. A great warm-up to start your day of fitness!
*Stop by the Charm City Run tent for foam rolling pre or post workout!
11:40AM-12:10PM – MAC Attack by The MAC
Wayne McFadden, one of the MAC’s top personal trainers, will lead you through boot camp style drills and strength challenges. This high-energy session is a FIT + favorite year-over-year for a reason.
12:20PM-12:50PM – Power Vinyasa Yoga by lululemon athletica
LA Finfinger infuses her students’ practices with levity, humor and kindness. A true total body workout, this class will leave you feeling invigorated.
1PM-1:30PM – Zumba by The MAC
Join Tisha Guthrie for this Latin-inspired dance and fitness class that fuses fitness and dance into a fun and exhilarating workout. The class combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body along with aerobic/fitness interval training. You will burn calories.
1:40PM-2:10PM – Yoga Sculpt by lululemon athletica
Sara Hancock will lead you during this fast-paced, more intense style of yoga. Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement, where each pose is matched with a breath.
2:20PM-2:50PM – “I WILL” Boxing by Under Armour Brand House
Join Baltimore’s own Franchon Crews, 2015 National Champion and Team USA boxer, for an awesome, high-energy, “old school” boxing class. Learn the boxing basics. Use your will and skill while bobbing and weaving in what is guaranteed to be a great workout.

FAQ:
Where do I park for the free parking? You must RSVP to receive free parking. Park in the Four Seasons/Legg Mason garage. When you check in at the Harbor East tent, we will give you a blue chaser ticket for free parking. When you exit the garage, you will place the white ticket in the machine, and chase it with the blue ticket.
Can I do more than 1 fitness class? Yes – you can try as many classes as you want!
Where do I put my belongings when I am working out? I suggest keeping your gym bag/belongings close by when you’re working out. We do not have a locker/storage area for this event and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
How do I get a complimentary FIT+ swag bag? The first 100 people to check in will receive a swag bag. Arrive at least 30 minutes early to get in line!
What should I wear? We recommend comfortable, breathable clothing. Flip flops are not recommended. For safety reasons, we don’t allow bare feet.
