Now open at the ground floor of Baltimore’s Four Seasons Hotel in Harbor East, Maximón is a Latin American concept presented by Atlas Restaurant Group. Named after a Mayan deity, Maximón pulls inspiration from South American cuisines with a Mexican focus. The restaurant will include a main dining room, bar and lounge with a live music stage and a tequila tasting room where guests can blend their own bottles of tequila. The space is designed by Baltimore’s Patrick Sutton and includes an extensive classic Spanish-style courtyard with fountains as well as an exterior bar.
