Coming Summer 2019 to the ground floor of Baltimore’s Four Seasons Hotel in Harbor East, Maximón is a Latin American concept presented by Atlas Restaurant Group. Named after a Mayan deity, Maximón pulls inspiration from South American cuisines with a Mexican focus. The restaurant will include a main dining room, bar and lounge with a live music stage and a tequila tasting room where guests can blend their own bottles of tequila. The space will be designed by Baltimore’s Patrick Sutton and will include an extensive classic Spanish-style courtyard with fountains and an exterior bar.
