Glarus Chocolatier is a traditional Swiss chocolate company offering handmade, fresh-cream truffles, Swiss-style assorted chocolates, and other specialties. We have crafted our recipes to be Swiss traditional and make each of our chocolates by hand without the use of preservatives, high fructose corn syrups, or anything artificial.
Their approach is a "back to basics" one. They decided to take a step backwards by creating and tempering our chocolates by hand, making in small batches, and using little to no machinery. Though more labor intensive, their ideals have led them to manufacture their chocolates the way they were made fifty years ago.
