This FREE outdoor festival will showcase the creations of fine artists from Maryland, New York, Virginia and beyond. The festival will also feature the region’s top emerging musicians including roots favorite, Eric Lindell and another street painting by world-renowned street artist, Michael William Kirby. Families will be entertained by a special children’s art experience area and food lovers will enjoy a taste of Harbor East’s many fine dining restaurants. Spend the day with us at Harbor East!
