The Legg Mason Tower has quickly become one of Baltimore's signature properties. This 24-story, 660,000 sf class-A office tower is part of a larger complex that includes a 1,150 car, 5-story underground garage and the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences, currently under construction. The base of the building is clad with a combination of Jura limestone and Virginia Mist granite punctuated by glass and steel curtain wall. The tower above is finished in a panelized curtain wall system utilizing clear low-E glazing. The building steps back at several locations as it rises creating wonderful outdoor spaces including a dining terrace off of the 4th level cafeteria and large terraces on the 17th through 24th levels providing office tenants stunning views of the City and harbor. The masonry detailing along the base anchors the building to the ground, creating a pedestrian scale along the street and promenade while the sculptural and sleek tower above provides an iconic image on Baltimore's skyline. State-of-the-art in every aspect, both the building itself as well as Legg Mason’s interiors are certified LEED Silver.
