About H&S Development Corporation

H&S Bakery was founded in 1943 by the Paterakis family and continues to be a mainstay in downtown Baltimore. There are currently nine divisions of the company operating in seven states with distribution into twenty-three states, including H&S Properties Development Corporation. To manage the company's ever-growing real estate portfolio, H&S management formed H&S Properties Development Corp. and is responsible for over $300 million in multi-use development along Baltimore's waterfront including three office buildings totaling over 500,000 square feet, two hotels with a total over 950 room, a luxury apartment building and various retail and restaurant offerings.
