650 Exeter Street

650 Exeter is a 270,000 square foot office building in Baltimore’s Harbor East waterfront development. The 12-story structure makes up the Southeast corner of the largest non-industrial building in the city, which measures a total of 1,040,000 square feet. Completed in 2007, this commercial component includes street-level retail businesses in addition to upper-level Class-A office space. There are 300 parking spaces to accommodate those working in and visiting this part of the building.

The window-lined red brick façade of 650 Exeter was designed by Beatty Harvey Coco Architects with Hill Glazier Architects, and was built by Armada Hoffler Construction Company. Tenants of the Class-A office space include Laureate Education and Smith Barney Morgan Stanley.
