1000 Lancaster Street

1000 Lancaster Street

1000 Lancaster was the first building to go up in Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood. The office building is part of a mixed use development that includes office, retail and apartments. It contains 134,559 square feet of office and retail space situated on Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. This building offers stunning views of Center Dock Marina and Baltimore’s Harbor. Direct access to the 8 mile waterfront promenade provides easy access to Fells Point and the attractions at the Inner Harbor. The four-story office component is lined with blue-pane windows flanked by neat concrete pillars.  The structure was designed by Beatty Harvey Fillat Architects and built by Armada Hoffler Construction Company. Tenants include Baltimore Magazine and the area’s only 5-star restaurant, The Charleston. In the opposite corner is The Promenade, a tan-colored, 13-story block of 125 prestigious apartments.  The building has a garden terrace, health club, roof-top pool, club room and a 212-parking space garage.  1000 Lancaster is ideally located in close proximity to the fine restaurants and retailers of Harbor East.
