GENERAL RULES
- Setup is from 8:30am – 9:30am.
- Space will be assigned by the event coordinator and given out two days prior to the event
- The market will be open to the public from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
- The Exhibitor absolves Harbor East, H&S Properties, Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, Inc.,
their officers, directors, and agents of all responsibility for the protection of exhibitor spaces
and contents, and vehicles.
- ALL art/crafts items must be HANDCRAFTED. No flea market or commercial/retail items
allowed. This rule shall be strictly enforced.
- No sharing of spaces. • NO REFUNDS – unless the event is 100% sold out.
- Exhibitors must remain within the confines of their space. No soliciting is allowed outside of
your designated space.
- Electricity is not available and will not be provided.
- Exhibitors must provide their own table, chairs, tent, and tent anchors (5 pound water
buckets are recommended)
- Vehicles will not be allowed in your space.
- The exhibitor and its representatives hereby release the Harbor East, H&S Properties,
Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse, Inc., their officers, directors, and agents from any or all
liabilities for loss associated with this rental of booth space, ensuing from any cause whatsoever.
