Housed in the new Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore, Wit & Wisdom, A Tavern by Michael Mina, promises to be a culinary delight in the heart of Harbor East. The menu is inspired by the cuisine of the Mid-Atlantic region and offers a fresh take on American cuisine. It focuses largely on locally sourced ingredients with entrees prepared on wood fired grills and from the rotisserie.
The bar features an array of classic American cocktails as well as hand crafted original creations utilizing classic and proper methods and hand squeezed juices.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, guests will be seduced by the amazing waterfront views from the dining room, lounge and outdoor patio.

Specialty menu items include a Soft Poached Egg with morels, asparagus and crispy baguette, the Dutch Pancake with tuscarora rhubarb-strawberry compote and bliss maple syrup and for dessert the Coffee & Cake - LAMILL devil's food, espresso curd and brown butter coffee sherbet. To top off the menu, a Bellini and Bloody Mary Bar will be offered. Brunch will be available from 10 AM - 3PM.

The premier races of the season begin on Saturday, May 5 with the Kentucky Derby and Wit & Wisdom is ready to watch! Guests will enjoy a special Derby menu with Hushpuppies, Fried Green Tomatoes and Traditional Kentucky "Burgoo," along with several Derby inspired cocktails including a Solstice Collins (a summer Scotch libation) and the June Julep. Dress in your finest Derby Attire and watch with us! Viewing parties will begin at 3pm and will be offered for each of the three major horse races.: Kentucky Derby - Saturday,May; Preakness - Saturday, May 19; and Belmont Stakes - Saturday, June 9.
