Pazo is owned by restaurateurs, Tony Foreman and Cindy Wolf. Executive Chef Mario Cano-Catalan cooks western Mediterranean "Peasant Cooking" incorporating the rustic cuisine of the Spanish coast and Italian islands. The menu is intended for exploration and sharing: small plates, Neapolitan pizzas; country breads; artisan cheeses; grilled fish; meats and game roasted over wood; classic regional sweets. 



A 100-bottle wine list focuses on Mediterranean wines and global selections that best complement the cuisine. Larger plates and composed plates are also available. 



A spacious ground floor and mezzanine allow seating for approximately 250. Two private dining rooms seat 16-20 and 21-32 guests. Other features include an expansive bar, comfortable lounge area and dance floor during later hours.
