Tony Foreman and Cindy Wolf's Charleston has been synonymous with elegant dining since its debut in November of 1997. Chef Cindy Wolf is a two-time finalist for best Chef, Mid-Atlantic by the James Beard Foundation. Her dynamic, soulful menu incorporates regional ingredients, Southern tradition, and classic French technique resulting in a style that is uniquely her own.

Chef Wolf's culinary creativity is fueled by her passion for traveling around the world. She focuses on natural preparation of the very best products and accentuates purity of flavor and simple, well-designed presentation. The menu is complemented by an extensive award-winning wine list that is chosen by co-owner and wine director, Tony Foreman.

Charleston is the only Mobil 4-Star restaurant in the State of Maryland. It is ranked #1 for food, service and popularity by Zagat, and was also ranked in the top 50 restaurants nationwide by Open Table in 2009 and 2010. Chef Wolf was awarded the American Academy of Hospitality Sciences Chef 5-Star Diamond Award in 2011.
